The months of August, September and October have been busy times for the SEA CON Group with many successful exhibitions taking place including Energy Ocean in Hawaii, Offshore Europe in Aberdeen, Scotland, Ocean Tech Expo in Rhode Island, SEG in San Antonio, MTS Oceans America in Vancouver and most recently UUVS in Southampton, UK. The annual Water Environment Technical Exhibition & Conference (WEFTEC) will commence on 13 th through to 17 th October at the San Diego Convention Center where once again SEA CON® will be exhibiting. Please feel free to visit us at Booth #3830.
For further information on forthcoming exhibitions and conferences, please visit the Events section of this website.

SEA CON® has now added a range of split connectors to it’s popular Micro WET-CON wet mateable series. This series of connectors was originally developed to provide all the features of the ALL-WET connector range, but in a miniature industry standard configuration. The introduction of the new split connectors to the Micro WET-CON range will prevent costly ‘Y’ assemblies and will allow ease of replacement of break-outs by the customer. This smaller connector series offers the same flexibility and reliability as SEA CON®’s standard rubber molded connectors, in a lightweight and user-friendly model.

Several new connector developments have taken place this year within the SEA CON® Group
The first of which is the release of the Globe-Con connector range that was developed for a European customer involved in a major offshore development project. Small in diameter this connector series is manufactured using Viton and is capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Available in three shell sizes with up to 12 contacts and rated to 10,000 psi (22,500ft / 7,000m), this connector range is particularly sturdy and robust, coupled with it’s high temperature rating, makes the Globe-Con suitable for many harsh environment applications.
